We believe pickleball league management should be simple, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone involved. Our platform was born from the frustration of managing leagues with spreadsheets, manual calculations, and endless text messages.
Our mission is to provide league organizers with professional-grade tools that save time, reduce administrative headaches, and help build thriving pickleball communities.
Our Story
It started with managing pickleball leagues in Surprise, Arizona. Hours every week were spent creating court assignments, tracking scores, and updating standings in massive spreadsheets.
There had to be a better way. After months of development and testing with real leagues, PBLM was born — a system that reduced that 3-hour weekly task to just 10 minutes.
Built from real-world experience, every feature in the platform exists because it solved an actual problem on game day.

As someone who organizes and manages pickleball leagues in Surprise, Arizona, I know firsthand how much time goes into spreadsheets, court assignments, and score tracking. I built PBLM to solve the problems I was dealing with every week — and to give other organizers the same relief.
Every feature in this platform comes from real experience running real leagues. No guesswork, no hypotheticals — just practical tools built by someone who uses them.
